311 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the 311 platform. Continued use of this platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated herein.
Last Updated: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 311 platform in Malaysia. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 311 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the management of the 311 platform.
The 311 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. Any registration by an underage individual is subject to immediate account cancellation without prior notice.
2. Account Creation & Security
To make full use of the services offered by 311, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to the 311 support team. Please use a strong password and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All 311 platform users are required to comply with the following usage rules at all times:
- Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- Not use any automation software, bots, scripts, or other methods to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Not attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the systems, servers, or networks of the 311 platform.
- Not spread false, misleading, or harmful information to other users or to 311.
- Not engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity through this platform.
- Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations while using the platform.
Violating any of the above rules may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed, and 311 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 311 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including internet banking transfers and recognised digital wallets. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change and will be updated in the user account section.
You are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or digital wallet linked to your 311 account is accurate and belongs to you. 311 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment information provided by the user.
All deposits are final once credited to the platform account. Withdrawals are subject to an identity verification (KYC) process, which must be completed on the first occasion. 311 reserves the right to delay or withhold the processing of any transaction that appears suspicious or conflicts with its anti-money laundering policy for as long as is required for investigation.
Any disputes relating to transactions must be reported to the 311 customer support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be resolvable.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The 311 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 311 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
311 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or business opportunities. 311's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of unused deposits held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.
6. Account Suspension & Closure
311 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons, without prior notice:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
- Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
- Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies.
Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be subject to investigation before a withdrawal is approved. Users whose accounts have been closed for serious violations are not permitted to re-register using different information.
